The SIGNIFICANTLY enhanced version of TLM (The Learning
Manager) (V 3.2) was released 1 December 2001 and has been
distributed to existing users throughout Australasia & S E
Asia.
TLM is an easy to use, scalable, web-enabled, software
product that facilitates the development, delivery,
assessment and management of ？blended？ Learning using
INTRAnets or the INTERnet.
The key aspect of TLM v 3.2 is compliance with AICC and IMS
standards and migration to the evolving SCORM standard
which will facilitate the re-usability of Learning Objects;
expansion in functionality and breadth of the use of the
product specifically for business and industry clients
